Hey everyone! I've been gone for a while from actually blogging anything here and I feel it is time for a change! I haven't been blogging/ pinning/ planning, etc because life has been h-e-c-t-i-c! And when I say hectic, I mean hectic! Life for Dillon and I has always been sort of what we say, "hurry up and wait!" when it comes to the military....

This is a special shoot for me because it is my baby sister and her boyfriend! We went to Woodward Park and I had my husband gracefully tossing leaves in the air and it was just so much fun.

Newborn session with the Sanchez family.

GUYS! I just shot my first newborn session, (that wasn't mine or any family's babies!!!) I'm so thankful that my friend Crystal allowed me to come over and take some photos of her BEAUTIFUL daughter. 

Now, for privacy reasons, I am choosing not to share a ton of these photos, just because I don't want to exploit her, but here are a few!

Quincenera in Kerman.

This weekend I got to attend and photograph a beautiful Quincenera for Stephanie! 

It was so beautiful and I really enjoyed the entire day.

My 23rd birthday- in Monterey!

I spent my birthday in Monterey, CA (again)! I just love this city so much. It was my grandparents' favorite getaway spot and now it is mine and Dillon's as well. The kiddos looooove when we take them to the beach and to see the fish in the aquarium. We started the day at Wave Street Cafe. (good food, big portions, kind of pricey.) We've eaten here several times and opted to go again because we knew they were pet friendly, and we had Pearl with us. She did really good on this trip! I was excited that she came!

Madelyn's 1st birthday!

Over this past weekend was my niece's first birthday! The theme was a carnival and it was absolutely beautiful. My sister and brother in law threw an extremely amazing party full of fun!
