Food Log Day 3

BREAKFAST: 

It Works Greens in OJ

I have been doing this for a couple days and can't lie, I really feel like I'm flushing my system out. 

Anyways, I am not only drinking that for brekky, I am EATING!





Breakfast Tacos

Red Potato

Shredded Carrots

Mushrooms

Onion

Sour Cream, lite & low fat

2 White Corn tortillas fried in oil

Heavy seasoning of choice


LUNCH: Teriyaki chik'n salad (again)


Vegan Terriyaki Chick'n (half package) 

Butter leaf salad mix

Shredded carrots 

Grape tomatoes


I had that second half of the chik'n in the fridge, so I did a lunch re-run and it was delish! 












               SNACK: Dark chocolate cupcake brownie with powdered sugar


Ugh. I was so mad at myself after I ate this, but I was having MAJOR chocolate cravings and gave in. I had made these for Dillon's coworkers that had come and unloaded our moving truck as a thank you..... Then, after I went and worked out with Dillon I was sooooo hungry! These were on the counter and like the cookie monster, I just dove in and had much regret afterwards.


After that, I had an even sadder dinner....

Dinner: Biscuits and Gravy, and honey, and sausage......

We were so pooped, and running low on veggies... that led to this sad little dinner that was so full of everything I'm cutting out.


Today was a bad eating day, but, I'm not going to dwell on that. I'm going to just try to do better tomorrow.
