Food Logs Day 5 & 6

These past 2 days have kind of gone by SO fast for me. I was pretty much lucky to remember to eat, I've been really busy. My mother in law is coming into town and staying with us tonight/tomorrow for a few days, so I've been trying to unbox the last of the stuff thats been lingering, and clean up! 

Well, anyways, try not to judge how badly the food choices were, and the poor pictures. :P




BREAKFAST: Tofu + egg scramble with 5 minute salsa

Vegan sausage

Tofu

1 Egg

Mushroom

SALSA:

Tomatos 

Pepper Flakes

Cilantro

Lemon juice



LUNCH: BBQ Chicken with Pinto Beans

Vegan Chicken cooked in BBQ sauce

1 can Pinto Beans

Veggies

Buttermilk dressing




DINNER: Black Beans + Tofu tacos

Black Beans

Flour Tortillas (fried)

Tofu

Radish

Carrots

Mushroom

Eggs

Lite Sour Creme (I added extra spicy seasoning and cilantro to make a spicy spread!)



Day 5 BREAKFAST: Honey Oat Cereal + vanilla Almond milk


self explanatory, along with OJ and IW Greens

LUNCH: Skipped.

I went to a baby shower that didn't really have any good options for me. I drank a bottle of water and ate half a red velvet cupcake... felt really guilty and stopped.



DINNER: Whole grain alfredo pasta + beefless ground

Texas Toast ( UGH WHY DID I EAT THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Whole grain pasta (UGHHHHH)

Alfredo Sauce (AGAIN UGHHHHHH)

Mushrooms

Beefless ground
